Overview
The Moose Membership mobile phone app can be used in lieu of a physical card to gain entry to the Moose Lodge 246. It can also be used after a new member has been enrolled but their physical card has not been received. This document describes how to install and configure the app.

Step 1: Know your Moose ID Number
Your Moose ID Number is displayed right under you name on your Membership card, usually an 8-digit number. If you have not received your card, you can call the office at 715-723-3278 and we can look it up for you. Or you can send email at the bottom of the Home page. Note your status will not be changed to "Active" until your membership application has been read and approved on the floor during the next Lodge meeting after you applied. Lodge meetings generally occur on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6:15 pm (All active members are encouraged to attend). Note that approved applications are enrolled the following day (Thursdays), processed overnight at Moose International and the member status is active on Friday. In short, your ID Number will be available on the Wednesday after the next Lodge meeting (see calendar).

Step 2: Download the Moose Membership App

Step 3: Register
The first time you open the app, click the [Register] button at the bottom right of the screen. Enter Member ID (see Step 1), Last Name and Lodge Number (246) then click the [Next] button.  

In the next screen enter the User Name you would like to use, it must contain a capital letter, a lowercase letter and a number. Create a password with same criteria. Use an email address you can access on your phone as you will need to respond to an email from Moose International to complete your registration.

Once you respond to the email, re-open the app and use the credentials you just created to login. Be sure to save this somewhere because your phone may not remember your credentials after a system update.

Step 4: Use
After successfully logging in, click the Membership Card icon on the main page. A copy of your card is displayed, and the QR code will open the door to Lodge 246. When requested, this card will grant access to all activities in Lodge 246.
